Shipping Information

Hi there!

We have been online since the 6th of June 2000. Our extended records enable us to ship to most countries of the world with the upmost discretion.

Find below all information regarding shipping :

  • Once placed, orders must be approved by our sales representative and billing bank before your credit card gets charged. Orders are approved according to client's billing address, bank details and other connection and security checkups.
  • Cigars are shipped vacuum sealed to keep freshness and moisture level. Shipping will be provided by international postal or courier services and takes between 7 to 20 business days to be delivered depending on your country and destination city. Delays can occur beyond our control for which we are not responsible (customs clearance delays, extreme weather situations, local postal errors). International postal protocol considers a package lost one month after the shipping date, therefore replacements will be sent after this time if the package cannot be located. We do not ship tobacco products to additional countries which is why you cannot select them at checkout. Contact us if you have questions.
  • The client is responsible for paying any taxes or duties involved in the importation of his/her order into his/her country. If you do not want to pay these, please do not order. Please note for our American clients we cannot ship products of Cuban origin to your country.
  • Shipping cost is free for most countries, for private courier there may be further charges, details at checkout. Everyone saves with VIP on shipping!

    Your satisfaction is our goal. If you have reason not to be satisfied with your order, please contact us directly. We will provide you with a return number and instructions on how to proceed. Returns will be accepted within 10 days of reception of your order and only if you have contacted to receive a return number. Your package is guaranteed for damage to the products and loss. Coloration of cigars or taste do not qualify as reasons for a return, so if you are not sure of what product you wish to buy, contact us for advice or information before ordering.
