About Churchill:

A noble size, created to celebrate the historic smoker, British Prime Minister Sir Winston Churchill. A Churchill will take between 1hr – 1.5hrs to smoke, depending on your personal smoke pace. The thinner ring gauge requires a slower smoke pace to avoid over heating. This format works well for all types of blend. A format that does require some previous smoking experience.

Cigarillo

About Cigarillo:

Purists would not consider this format a true cigar, due to the simplicity of the blend mix and the length and ring gauge. Increasingly popular today with the enforcement of global smoking bans, a Cigarillo will take between 20min – 30mins to smoke, depending on your personal smoke pace. Can be very harsh and direct, approach with care.

Corona

About Corona:

Very popular format in the late 20th century, the Corona is making a comeback in recent years. A Corona will take between 30mins – 45mins to smoke, depending on your personal smoke pace. The thinner ring gauge requires a slower smoke pace to avoid over heating. This format works well for all types of blend. A manageable size for new smokers, day time size for regular smokers.

Corona Gorda

About Corona Gorda:

The mid size format for Cuban cigars, the Corona Gorda suits all blends and powers with its medium ring size and medium length size. A Coronas Gorda will take between 45mins – 1hr to smoke, depending on your personal smoke pace. A format that lends itself perfectly to long term aging. Paced smoking means that this format will be better suited to the regular smoker.

Double Corona

About Double Corona:

They are the Emperors of Cuba with their long length and big ring gauge, the Double Coronas will take between 1.5hrs – 2hrs to smoke, depending on your personal smoke pace. Perfectly suited to amplify any blend, light to full, through their long bodies (giving you a cool smoke). Great format to start smoking Cubans and the preferred format for post dinner smoking.

Double Robusto

About Double Robusto:

As the name says, this is a Robusto ring gauge but in a longer format. The Double Robutsos format incorporates a number of different sized cigars, so smoking can take between 1hr – 2hrs, depending on your personal smoke pace and the specific Double Robutsos you are smoking. These cigars tend to be full bodies and very rich, better suited to a smoker with experience.

Figurado

About Figurado:

This format incorporates all cigars with a pointed tip or tips. A Figurado can be single or double (pointed both ends) and vary enormously in ring gauge and size. The conic end shape will give these cigars a more intense smoke and will often be used for brands with full bodied blends. Smoking times can be from 20 mins to 2hrs, depending on the specific Figurado you are smoking.

Lonsdale

About Lonsdale:

A very elegant format with a long thin body, the Lonsdale will require a slower paced smoke to avoid over heating. A Lonsdale should take between 45mins – 1hr to smoke if you smoke at the correct relaxed pace. The Londale lends itself to milder blends (with exceptions) and thin tobacco and is best suited to the experienced aficionado. Most popular among older smokers.

The most smoked format of all the Cuban cigars, the Petit Coronas tends to be the starting point for most smokers new to Cubans. Très Petit Corona

A Tres Petit Corona will take between 20mins – 30mins to smoke, depending on your personal smoke pace. These cigars tend to be very direct and can be quite overpowering if smoked too quickly.
